1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Inntravel Ltd, Nr Castle Howard, Whitwell, York, YO60 7JU.
Eligibility to enter
3. All entrants must be 18 years or over and live in the UK. Employees and immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners) of Inntravel, Rohan or their agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per person permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
How to enter
7. To enter the prize draw simply complete our Travel Perspectives Survey and enter your email address at the end of the survey. The closing date for the prize draw is 30 April 2021 at 23:59 hrs. Entries after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
8. Inntravel will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
9. The prize is one men’s or women’s Pioneer Jacket from Rohan, RRP £165.
10. The prize is subject to stock availability. In the event of the style, colour or size not being available a suitable alternative to the same value will be offered.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. The winner will be drawn at random.
Winner announcement
13. The winner will be notified by 15 May 2021 via the email address provided on the survey.
14. The winner must provide Inntravel with their requirements in terms of jacket size, gender and colour and a valid UK delivery address within 14 days of notification, or they will lose their right to the prize.
15. The winner accepts that Inntravel will pass on personal details to Rohan, for posting the prize.
16. Inntravel will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
17. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Inntravel reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
18. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.
Limitation of liability
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, Inntravel, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Inntravel, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
20. If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that Inntravel may use your name and town or county of residence to announce the winner of the prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
21. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by Inntravel or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw (in accordance with Inntravel’s
Privacy Statement). Personal information collected to enter the prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of the prize draw.
General
22. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Inntravel may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
23. The winner’s details will be available by writing to Inntravel, Nr Castle Howard, York, YO60 7JU up to 3 months after the prize draw close date.
24. Inntravel reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
25. The decision of Inntravel regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
