Reviews & customer feedback policy

We invite everyone who has been on one of our holidays to complete a post-holiday questionnaire.

The questionnaire has a section where you can specifically provide a review of your holiday, including any tips or recommendations. This is the only part of the questionnaire which, with your permission, we publish on our website in its entirety, within 28 days of receiving it. We feel that this a transparent approach that you can trust.

We do, however, reserve the right not to publish anything that we believe to be libellous, political or factually inaccurate.

Your feedback plays a vital role in how we shape and improve our holidays. Our team uses your insights to refine our holidays, enhance our holiday information, and expand the recommendations we share – such as restaurants, places to visit, and helpful travel tips. Where suggestions are provided, we review and verify them before sharing them with future travellers.

To help others choose the right holiday and make the most of their experience, we recommend including:

• a brief summary of your overall holiday experience
• the highlights or elements that stood out most to you
• anything future travellers should be aware of
• any tips or personal recommendations you’d like to share

The reviews that you’ll find on our holiday pages are the exact words of our customers – we don’t edit them, except to remove staff names and correct the odd spelling mistake or typo so that they are easier to read. What’s more, we promise to show them all (except for the occasional tailored itinerary which is too different from any ‘standard’ holiday to include anywhere), so that you can be sure of seeing the full picture.

The reviews on our website are particularly useful if you’re choosing a specific holiday – reading the impressions of previous customers will often give you a better feel for the overall experience than can be conveyed in the holiday description alone.
