Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By signing up to Inntravel’s book club you will be entered into the Prize Draw.

Eligibility: Entrants must be aged 18 or over to qualify. Employees of the Promoter, its associated agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are ineligible to enter. Anyone who is already subscribed to receive the marketing communications from Inntravel is still eligible to enter by completing the entry form. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence. There is no purchase necessary.

How to Enter: To sign up to the Inntravel book club and consequently be entered into the prize draw, you will need to provide your first name, surname and email address to the Promoter by completing the online form which can be found at www.inntravel.co.uk/hay2025

Only one entry is allowed per person. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Any entry not in accordance with the rules or any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw.

Dates: All emails signed up using the specific form between 22 May 2025 at 09:00 and 04 June 2025 at 23:59 will be entered into the prize draw. Sign ups received after the closing date of 04 June 2025 will not be entered into the prize draw.

Prize: The prize is Inntravel’s Palaces & Pathways of Sintra 7-night walking holiday for two people (sharing a room). The prize includes 7 nights’ bed-and-breakfast accommodation, luggage transported, maps and route notes as stated on the Palaces and Pathways of Sintra webpage on Inntravel’s website. The prize includes return flights from the UK to Lisbon for two people travelling together (to the value of £200 per person) and a return transfer to/from Lisbon airport. The prize must be taken between 1 September – 15 December 2025 and is subject to availability and Inntravel’s normal Booking Conditions. The prize winner and companion are responsible for all incidental expenses, additional excursions and activities, all travel not mentioned in the prize and travel insurance. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.

In the event that the prize is unavailable or if circumstances beyond Inntravel’s control make it necessary to do so, Inntravel reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend the prize or award an alternative prize of equal or higher value, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. The prize involves walking up to 12.5km per day, so entrants should be reasonably fit and able complete the walks involved.

Winner selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified within 7 days after the closing date.

Notification: The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize. The winner will be required to respond within 10 days of notification confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event that the winner does not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

Privacy: By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its data processors to administer the prize draw (in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement). The Promoter will use email address provided to send regular email newsletters, and you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe within each email. Winner details: The winner’s details (name and county) will be available for 6 weeks after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter at Inntravel, Nr Castle Howard, Whitwell, York, YO60 7JU enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.

General: The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

This prize draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
