This list of flight options should be used as a guide only, and you should check each airline’s website for current routes, frequency and schedules. Not all flights operate daily, and may not run for the entire season. You should also heed the latest flight arrival time and earliest flight departure time stated in the connecting travel section, as it may not be possible to arrange connecting travel outside these times. Please do not book your flights until we have confirmed your accommodation to you. Alternatively, our expert reservations team will be happy to offer advice and to make flight bookings for you. We charge £35 per person for our flight booking service (£60 for India and Nepal). Your flights are then covered by our package-booking conditions, which give you greater protection in the event of delay or cancellation, as well as providing ATOL cover.

If you've experienced this holiday first hand, why not write a review?
We are keen for as many customers as possible to review their holiday. To make it easier to do so, we include a specific review section on our post-holiday questionnaire, and this is what we publish here, unedited. Read our full review policy >
The cycling was super - very scenic, and inclusive of many charming local sights. Inntravel managed to accommodate me at very short notice and everyone in the supply chain was very helpful. I'll definitely look to them again for cycling holidays in the region.
The second two days of the tour were outstanding. The route took us through a countryside that we would otherwise never see. We saw wild flowers, livestock, heard beehives buzzing, saw Ugandan runners training on the quiet backroads. We met local shopkeepers in small Tuscan villages and tasted excellent locally produced food and wine. Moreover, we met wonderful people in the other cyclists whose company we enjoyed at the bike stand as the day was starting or ending, joined for coffee along the route and occasionally at dinner in the evening. Now that was a vacation!
Highlights -
We really enjoyed the wine-tasting at the azienda-agraia in Scorgiano.
The hotel in Toiano was our favorite - loved the rural setting and the outdoor patio/pool.
Improvements -
Make sure the bikes are at the hotel the night before the bike rides begin.

We really enjoyed the holiday. The guided instructions were clear, the hotels and locations were great. All staff friendly and helpful.
We were 3 couples in our 50s. The cycling was just the right grade to be challenging for some of us, and not too easy for others. The hills are long but rewarding. The views as you cycle down the hill into Siena are spectacular. The small local restaurant in Toiano at the end of the road had excellent food and great value. The view from our room in Siena was incredible. We had 2 weeks in Italy, but the bike portion was definitely a highlight
We really enjoyed our Inntravel holiday. We have never done a self-guided, hotel to hotel holiday before and we didn't know what to expect. Everything worked as arranged. The notes were easy to follow, the hotels knew we were coming and greeted us warmly and our bags were waiting for us. We liked all the hotels and found the service provided by the staff to be very good. All the hotels were located in very pleasant places and we took advantage of the garden settings (in Holland).
My recommendation for future customers: The rides through Tuscany are wonderful. You will work hard climbing the hills but you will be rewarded at the top with fantastic views and a thrilling descent. You will be rewarded at the end of the day with a good glass of wine and a great meal. You will wish that you had booked a longer holiday. Drink lots of water, wear cycling shorts and bring chamois butter.
INNTRAVEL NOTE: These customers booked two of our short cycling breaks - A Taste of Holland followed by A Flavour of Tuscany
