Our flexible approach lets you choose your start date, your travel route, and whether to add extra nights or opt for upgrades. This means that we can’t provide immediate confirmation the moment you enter your card details to pay your deposit, but we think it’s worth it for a more individual holiday experience. Instead, we’ll do our utmost to contact you with confirmation within two working days of receiving your request.
If you’re arranging your own travel, or making any other arrangements which depend on your Inntravel holiday, it is very important not to book them until you’ve heard back from us.
Very occasionally, we might not be able to book the holiday exactly as you requested. We’ll normally come up with an alternative suggestion, but if you’re not happy with it, we’ll refund your deposit straight away, in full.
This form allows you to book up to three consecutive holidays for up to 8 people (if you want separate invoices, please submit a booking for each couple/individual, stating in the ‘Other comments’ section that you are travelling together). It’s worth noting that we’re very happy to take bookings over the phone, so, if you’d prefer not to complete this form, or your booking is particularly complex, you can call us on 01653 617001. However you book, you should read our booking conditions (you’ll be asked to accept them in step 5).
