Ever fancied writing your own traveller’s tale...
But never quite got round to it? Perhaps you’ve thought about immortalising your Seville tapas crawl in words, describing the perfect Norwegian sunrise, or relating that unfortunate misunderstanding you had with a Bavarian blacksmith...

Well, here’s your opportunity! We love to hear our customers’ stories, so we’ve decided to offer a £250 Inntravel voucher for the best one we receive. It could be about anything you like – a memorable meal, a bike ride, a moment, a personal highlight – as long as it relates to an Inntravel holiday destination. It can be quirky, funny, poignant, sad or even downright daft... we really don’t mind. As long as you’ve made the effort to write it down, we’ll read it.

  • Articles of between 400 and 800 words, relevant to our Slow Holidays, which entertain, inspire or inform (or perhaps even do a little of each). We’ll publish the best on our website, as well as choosing one lucky winner for that £250 voucher.
  • Articles received each qualifying quarter (for 2019, May-July and August-October) will be judged by a small team at Inntravel, with each quarterly winner being notified by the 15th day of the following month.

    The articles you send in will be judged purely on their merits as written pieces, and no supporting images are required. However, if yours is chosen as one of those we would like to publish, we’ll contact you to ask whether you have any relevant photos we might include. (NB  This is not a requirement, and we can usually publish the best articles, whether or not the author is able to supply photos.)
  • Simply email your entry (with the text in the body of the email) to [email protected].
  • An Inntravel holiday voucher worth £250. The voucher entitles the bearer to £250 off any Inntravel holiday taken within 12 months of the issue date stated on the voucher, subject to availability and Inntravel’s standard Booking Conditions. Vouchers can only be used against final balance payment. Only one voucher is permitted per booking. No cash alternative is available and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers may not be redeemed retrospectively on holidays which have already been paid in full.
