Although we like to think that we have always been flexible when it comes to changes to holiday plans, we are now offering
fee-free rebooking up to 8 days before travel, meaning that where we're operating your holiday but you prefer not to travel, you can defer your holiday without having to pay the usual Inntravel administration fee (although we will ask you to pay any charges imposed by our suppliers for making a change on your behalf, such as changes to flights).
If there are 29 days or more before you travel, you can transfer your deposit to a holiday in a different destination and/or at a later date. We won't charge an amendment fee and, if you have paid more than the deposit, we will either refund the difference between the deposit and the amount paid (less any monies paid towards international travel by air, rail or ferry), or transfer this amount to your new booking.
Between 8 and 28 days before travel, you can transfer all money paid to a holiday in a different destination and/or at a later date. We won't charge an amendment fee, but we will deduct any unrecoverable costs, such as flights, other international travel and late cancellation charges. If you prefer to cancel, our normal cancellation charges will apply, as per our
Booking Conditions.
The right to defer in accordance with these terms applies to all bookings made on or before 31 October 2020 for departure from 1 November 2020 and to all new bookings until further notice. We reserve the right to amend or remove this offer at any time.
For departures up to 31 May 2021, we have also reduced the balance payment date from 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the holiday is due to start, so decisions can be made much later.
