On a non-group,self-guided walking holiday in the Spanish Pyrenees, we provide a map and our painstakingly researched route notes, leaving you to walk at entirely your own pace from one carefully selected hotel to the next while your luggage is transported.
Walking holidays in the Pyrenees are about escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life, appreciating the views, and admiring the flora and fauna. In keeping with our Slow holiday philosophy, our meticulously planned routes (described in easy-to-read notes) allow plenty of time for this. And because there’s no group, no arrangements to make (we do all that), and no luggage, you can linger where and when you want, pausing to cool your feet in a stream or to watch birds of prey patrolling the skies.
Inntravel has been offering walking holidays in the Pyrenees since 1987, so you can trust us to find the best routes. As well as a superb walking holiday in the eastern Pyrenees – the Catalan Pyrenees – we have routes in the western Pyrenees along the Franco-Spanish border, where villages of whitewashed houses with green shutters nestle beneath the rugged peaks.
