We focus on creating exceptional holidays with hand-picked hotels, carefully planned routes, and the reassurance of knowing every detail has been taken care of.

Our Price Promise reflects that commitment. We won’t run large-scale sales or promotional discounts that leave you wondering whether you should have waited to book.

And if we do reduce the advertised price of your holiday through a promotion after you’ve booked, we’ll honour that lower price for you, too.

How our Price Promise works

No big sales. We’re committed to consistent pricing rather than large-scale sales and bulk discounting.

Book early with confidence. Secure your preferred dates and accommodation without worrying that a future promotion will leave you paying more.

If we run a promotion, you’re protected. If we reduce the advertised price of the same holiday through a qualifying promotion after you book, we’ll honour the lower price.

Our commitment to you. We want you to choose Inntravel for the quality of our holidays, not because you’re waiting for a sale.

What’s covered by our Price Promise?

Our Price Promise applies to reductions resulting from sales or promotional discounts introduced by Inntravel after your booking has been confirmed.

To qualify, the advertised holiday must be identical to your booking, including the destination, itinerary, departure date, duration and accommodation arrangements.

If a qualifying promotion is introduced, we'll aim to adjust every affected booking automatically. We’ll adjust your booking to reflect the lower price and refund any difference paid, or reduce your outstanding balance accordingly.

What’s not covered?

Holiday prices can change for reasons outside our promotional pricing policy. These changes are not covered by the Price Promise and may be reflected in the prices we offer. These include:

Currency fluctuations: Changes in exchange rates affecting the cost of overseas holidays.

Hotelier pricing: Changes to rates offered to us by hotels, transport providers and other providers, including reductions.

Availability: Changes in the availability or cost of flights, rooms and other holiday components.

Personalised offers: Exclusive or personalised offers made available to specific customers, which are not available to everyone.

Third-party offers: Discounts or promotions offered independently by third parties and not introduced by Inntravel.

The Price Promise also does not apply to changes resulting from booking amendments, optional extras or pricing errors.

Inntravel Price Promise Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Inntravel Price Promise is designed to reassure anyone looking to book one of our holidays that the price you pay won’t be discounted in the future - we won't be launching any offers or discounts open to everyone, so you can book with confidence, knowing you secured your perfect Inntravel holiday at the best price.

This doesn't mean you won't receive anything from us; we will, of course, still reward your loyalty with personalised offers.

This is our way of saying thank you for choosing us.

Eligibility
- The Inntravel Price Promise applies to holidays booked directly with Inntravel and confirmed by us.
- The Price Promise applies from the date your booking deposit is received by Inntravel until your departure date, subject to the exclusions set out below.
- The Price Promise does not apply to bookings made through travel agents or other third parties.

What the Promise Covers

- Inntravel is committed to fair and consistent pricing and does not intend to run large-scale public sales or promotional discounts.

- If Inntravel introduces a qualifying public promotional discount that reduces the advertised price of the same holiday after your booking has been confirmed, we will honour the lower price for your booking.

- Qualifying promotions include planned, public-facing sales or promotional discounts advertised on the Inntravel website or through general customer email campaigns.

- Where a qualifying price reduction applies, we will adjust your holiday price accordingly, reducing your outstanding balance or refunding the difference if you have already paid in full. We will notify you of the adjustment.

- The Price Promise applies to the base cost of the holiday as originally booked. It excludes connecting travel, flights, rail travel, hotel upgrades, insurance, optional extras and any other additional services.

- To qualify, the promotional price must apply to the same holiday, departure date, duration, itinerary and accommodation arrangements as your confirmed booking.

What is not covered by the Price Promise?

- Price changes resulting from external market factors are excluded. These may include currency fluctuations, changes in supplier rates or costs, taxes and other third-party charges. Inntravel may choose to pass supplier-led price reductions on to customers, but these are not covered by the Price Promise.

- The Price Promise does not apply to personalised or targeted offers made available to specific customer groups, including loyalty customers, or to offers that are not available to the general public.

- The Price Promise excludes ad-hoc or unplanned discounts on individual holidays, loyalty rewards, added-value voucher promotions, promotional codes and other bespoke offers that do not form part of a qualifying public promotional campaign.

- For the purposes of the Price Promise, a qualifying promotion is defined as a publicly available, customer-facing price discount advertised on the Inntravel website and available to customers generally. It excludes targeted or personalised offers, individual holiday promotions, and offers made available to specific customers or smaller customer groups based on their booking history, behaviour or other criteria, including repeat-booking incentives such as second-holiday offers.

- Discounts offered independently by third parties, including travel agents and other providers, are excluded.

- The Price Promise does not apply to price changes arising from booking amendments, changes to holiday arrangements or pricing errors.

- The Price Promise is a goodwill commitment by Inntravel and does not form part of your holiday contract or our standard booking terms and conditions.

- Inntravel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Price Promise for future bookings. Any qualifying price adjustment will be assessed in accordance with the terms applicable to the original booking.

Standard Terms Apply
- All bookings remain subject to Inntravel’s standard booking terms and conditions, which can be found here.
- Inntravel Ltd, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: (a) suspend, change, or cancel the Inntraveller Price Promise at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary for it to do so, and (b) add additional terms. Any such change will be communicated on this page.
