Moreover, you represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos in accordance to the current General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and that Inntravel’s use of the Content will not violate any rights of a third party or any laws.

In addition, you release Inntravel from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep Inntravel and all person acting for Inntravel from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, in nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.

If you wish to withdraw consent to share your images/video with Inntravel, you have to contact us by clicking on the "i"-icon in the lower left corner in your shared image published on our website. The icon will link you to a form where you can submit your request to withdraw your consent.
