Our complaints procedure under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) guarantees a procedure that is both transparent and based on trust when dealing with complaints about violations of human rights or environmental obligations. Suspected cases of, for example, forced labour, child labour, discrimination or harmful contamination of soil, water and air, as well as harmful noise emissions and excessive water consumption, that are related to the DERTOUR Group can be reported. Complaints can be submitted digitally by employees and outsiders via the DERTOUR Group complaints channel as part of the REWE Group –
anonymously if desired.
Customer complaints, for example about the quality of the DERTOUR Group's products and services, are not considered complaints about human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty. For this, please contact the customer service departments and hotlines.
We expressly encourage employees and external parties to alert us to suspected human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty. Complainants must not suffer any disadvantage as a result of filing complaints in a professional context. The complaints procedure follows a defined process that is also set out in the
rules of procedure. Impartial action is guaranteed at all times, the parties involved in the procedure are not bound by instructions and are bound to secrecy.
