When it comes to walking, France offers something for everyone, from gentle walking on the Côte d’Azur or past the Loire’s châteaux, to challenging hikes in the Pyrenees or the hills of Alsace. To be sure of choosing the walking holiday in France that is right for you, read how we grade them below.
