Enter our competition to win a three-night break to Tromsø this winter

Set deep within the Arctic Circle, on the same latitude as Alaska and Siberia, the Norwegian city of Tromsø offers some of the best chances to see the Northern Lights in mainland Europe.

By day, explore the historic city from your waterfront hotel then, when darkness falls, go in search of the aurora borealis, accompanied on your second night by an expert local aurora hunter. The Northern Lights are elusive and hard to predict, but witnessing the colourful swirls of light dancing across the inky black sky is an experience you will never forget.

Terms and conditions

The prize is Inntravel’s three-night Tromsø Northern Lights Break for two people (sharing a room), including bed-and-breakfast accommodation, a guided trip in search of the Northern Lights, and return flights from Heathrow.
