  • discover enchanting landscapes
  • linger in timeless medieval villages
  • stay at welcoming and stylish hotels
  • savour excellent wines and cuisine

Lying at the foot of the Alps, Piedmont (Piemonte) is an unspoiled region of great natural beauty, where lush, gently rolling hills invite leisurely exploration. One of its most captivating corners is the Langhe, where winding roads lead between the exquisite medieval hill-top villages, passing through hazelnut groves, dappled woodland and a patchwork of neat vineyards. Perched above these are ancient castles and towers that add to the timeless nature of this fascinating region.

We do not remember days, we remember moments. The richness of life lies in memories we have forgotten.
Cesare Pavese, Piedmontese poet & writer (1908-1950)
This enchanting and highly gastronomic holiday introduces you to one of Italy’s most alluring, little-known landscapes, where lush green hills and vineyards enchant against a backdrop of majestic Alpine peaks. On your way from the elegant city of Turin through famous wine producing villages and the foodie town of Bra en route to Alba, you have plenty of time to admire the architecture, savour the rich gastronomy and, of course, to call in at wine-producers for a memorable tasting or two.
