(permanent, 37.5 hrs/wk)
With a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving, you could play a key role arranging the many holiday services booked by our customers. You will build close day-to-day relationships with our hoteliers and other suppliers as you arrange accommodation, book flights and other travel, resolve queries, and deal with on-holiday issues as they arise. You should be confident using a variety of computer and web applications and have conversational ability in a European language, with Italian of particular interest to us. Experience of travelling in Europe is also an advantage. (You will need your own vehicle as we’re based in beautiful but rural offices near Castle Howard.)
