We are currently looking to fill the following posts:

IT System Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator to join a small but broad-ranging IT team. Self-motivated and a good team-player, you should demonstrate a strong technical background with a broad IT knowledge including Windows Server hardware and software, and internetworking LAN/vLAN/WAN technologies. Particular experience of Windows Server 2012 administration or virtualisation technologies would be advantageous. Your role will be contributing to the development of our IT infrastructure.

Holiday Operations

With a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving, you could play a key role in holiday operations arranging the many holiday services booked by our customers. You will build close day-to-day relationships with our hoteliers and other suppliers as you work with them to confirm accommodation, book flights and other travel, resolve queries and deal with on-holiday issues as they arise. You should be confident using a variety of computer and web applications and have conversational ability in a European language. Experience of travelling in Europe is also an advantage.

Customer Services and Holiday Sales Consultant

Do you have a confident phone manner and excellent writing skills? Can your enthusiasm for our holidays and destinations inspire our discerning customers and ensure they receive the best possible advice to make the best choice of holiday for them? At the same time, are you attentive, patient and a good problem-solver, able to maintain a positive outlook and be highly flexible during a busy and varied working day where you guide our customers through the holiday booking process, book flights and other travel, answer questions customers may have about their holiday, and help resolve problems that arise along the way?

All roles are permanent, full-time positions (37.5 hrs/wk). You need to be able to work some Saturdays for Holiday Operations or Customer Services and Sales, and you should have your own vehicle as we are based in beautiful but rural offices near Castle Howard.
