Please note that, since we offer self-guided activity holidays rather than group departures, we do not require any guides or overseas representatives.

We do have some specific opportunities at the moment:

With a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving, you could play a key role arranging the many holiday services booked by our customers. You will build close day-to-day relationships with our hoteliers and other suppliers as you arrange accommodation, book flights and other travel, resolve queries, and deal with on-holiday issues as they arise. You should be confident using a variety of computer and web applications and have conversational ability in a European language. Experience of travelling in Europe is also an advantage.

Do you have a confident phone manner and excellent writing skills? Can your enthusiasm for our holidays and destinations inspire our discerning customers and ensure they receive the best possible advice to lead them to their right choice of holiday? At the same time, are you attentive, flexible and a good problem-solver, able to maintain a positive outlook during a busy and varied working day where you guide our customers through the holiday booking process, book flights and other travel, answer customers’ questions, and help resolve problems that arise along the way?

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced marketeer with outstanding writing skills to join our in-house Marketing team in an additional role as a Content Writer. Working to detailed briefs, but with plenty of scope for creativity and applying your own personal knowledge, you should be able to write engaging, informative and accurate copy for the full range of Inntravel’s print and online communications. Versatility is key, with content written appropriately for diverse channels and audiences while nevertheless maintaining a consistency of voice and tone that reflect Inntravel’s ethos and brand values.

The Content Writer also requires strong collating, editing and proof-reading skills with a fine eye for detail, as participating in the ongoing maintenance of accurate and up-to-date holiday information in brochures and on our website is a significant aspect of the role.
