CURRENT VACANCIES

If you think that a tour operator just needs a handful of Product Managers to put holidays together, and some people to take bookings, think again. The 70-strong Inntravel team includes accountants, IT experts, wordsmiths, people with a commercial head on their shoulders, marketeers who know their PPC from their CTC, bookkeepers, people who respond to post-holiday questionnaires, data inputters who can get their head around spreadsheets, tech support, post-room assistants, and people-who-make-things-happen, be it booking flights and hotels, or collating maps and travel documents.*

Together, we deliver holidays that our customers love, and we’ve won awards for our customer service.

Our business is continuing to grow rapidly, and we are currently recruiting. (You will need your own vehicle to work here as we’re not served by public transport.)

To apply, please send a copy of your CV, an indication of your current salary and a covering letter outlining reasons why we should interview you to recruitment@inntravel.co.uk. Alternatively, post these to Inntravel Recruitment, Near Castle Howard, York, YO60 7JU.

PRODUCT MANAGER

(PERMANENT, 37.5 HRS/WK)

We’re looking to recruit a self-motivated and versatile Product Manager with a passion for authentic places and an instinctive understanding of Inntravel’s style of ‘Slow’ walking and cycling holidays.

Reporting to the Area Development Manager for Southern Europe, and working as part of a wider team of product managers, you will have broad-ranging responsibility for new product development, contracting, supplier relations, product performance and administration, and promoting product both within and outside the business.

The role will focus principally on our product in Spain, so fluency in Spanish is essential, but there will also be opportunities to manage holidays in other destinations around Europe, and beyond. The role will suit an experienced product manager, or someone looking to take the next step into product management having worked in a product / commercial role with a tour operator. Either way, you will need a broad range of personal skills, including imagination and originality of thought to create inspiring new holidays, commercial astuteness, strong inter-personal skills, and excellent administration and communication skills.

A full job description is available here. Applications to Alison Hall, Head of Product, by 31 August 2018.

*Importantly, since we offer self-guided activity holidays rather than group departures, our team does not  include guides or overseas representatives.
