CUSTOMER SERVICES & HOLIDAY SALES CONSULTANT

(PERMANENT, 37.5 HRS/WK)
Do you have a confident phone manner and excellent writing skills? Can your enthusiasm for our holidays and destinations inspire our discerning customers and ensure they receive the best possible advice to lead them to their right choice of holiday? At the same time, are you attentive, flexible and a good problem-solver, able to maintain a positive outlook during a busy and varied working day where you guide our customers through the holiday booking process, book flights and other travel, answer customers' questions, and help resolve problems that arise along the way? Please note you will need your own vehicle as we're based in beautiful but rural offices near Castle Howard.
