If you think that a tour operator just needs a handful of Product Managers to put holidays together, and some people to take bookings, think again. The 70-strong Inntravel team includes accountants, IT experts, wordsmiths, people with a commercial head on their shoulders, marketeers who know their PPC from their CTC, bookkeepers, people who respond to post-holiday questionnaires, data inputters who can get their head around spreadsheets, tech support, post-room assistants, and people-who-make-things-happen, be it booking flights and hotels, or collating maps and travel documents.*

Together, we deliver holidays that our customers love, and we’ve won awards for our customer service.

Our business is continuing to grow rapidly, and we are currently recruiting. (You will need your own vehicle to work here as we’re not served by public transport.)

COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

(PERMANENT, 37.5 HRS/WK)

If you’re highly numerate, tenacious in tying up details, and have a logical approach to challenges, then we have a new role for you in our Product Data and Commercial team. You’ll make a key contribution calculating and collating our holiday prices and other detailed holiday information, while your common sense commercial understanding allows you to maintain our relationships with transport and other travel service providers, implement our day-to-day commercial co-ordination tasks, and respond to the many commercial queries that inevitably arise from around the business. You may have a background in travel or accounting, but more importantly you’re very easy with numbers, have an acute eye for detail, and a confident user of Microsoft Excel.

CUSTOMER SERVICES & HOLIDAY SALES CONSULTANT

(PERMANENT, 37.5 HRS/WK)

Do you have a confident phone manner and excellent writing skills? Can your enthusiasm for our holidays and destinations inspire our discerning customers and ensure they receive the best possible advice to lead them to their right choice of holiday? At the same time, are you attentive, flexible and a good problem-solver, able to maintain a positive outlook during a busy and varied working day where you guide our customers through the holiday booking process, book flights and other travel, answer customers' questions, and help resolve problems that arise along the way?
