Auberge
du Val au Cesne
Intimate and romantic rural auberge
Escape from the modern world at this favourite 300-year-old Norman country
inn, set amid rolling hills and apple orchards a few miles from the market
town of Yvetot. Heavy beams and intriguing nooks and crannies lend special
intimacy and charm to the restaurant, where you can enjoy superb set 3-course
dinners of refined and beautifully-presented Norman cuisine. The welcoming
auberge is the creation of Dominique and Jérôme, with great
attention to detail throughout. Breakfast is served in your prettily-decorated
twin bedrooms in a characterful half-timbered building through the pleasant
garden. A special place.
