About Our Holidays

The National Trust Active Holiday Collection is a programme of relaxed activity holidays specially chosen for National Trust members and supporters and operated by the leading specialist travel company Inntravel. For every holiday booked, Inntravel makes a financial contribution to the Trust, and has raised over £60,000 in this way over the last four years. £30 will help to build a coastal footpath, £100 could go towards the restoration of a splendid neo-Gothic turret at Tyntesfield, £250 will renew twelve metres of hedgerow or £500 will help protect another mile of coastline.

These active holidays are for all - no special skills are required. Choose to walk self-guided from hotel to hotel in beautiful European regions, or spend a week cycling in timeless rural corners. For something a little different, journey into the Arctic Circle on the Norwegian Coastal Voyage or travel across Switzerland on the Glacier Express as part of our thrilling independent journeys.
