Appreciate the picturesque countryside of the Northern France, perhaps the most spectacular part of Normandy, with forests, rolling hills and the meandering River Orne, on this three-day walk. The area saw heavy fighting during the Second World War, and you come across several plaques and monuments which commemorate battles as you walk.

With blossom on the trees and flowers along the hedgerows, walking here in spring is a real delight.
     
This lovely walk takes you deep into the Suisse Normande countryside,and some of Normandy's most dramatic and timeless scenery, where villages of half-timbered houses are dotted across the green hills. The route follows the river Orme as it meanders through wooded gorges and past cliffs and picturesque hamlets nestling in the curls of the valley.
