If you are looking to celebrate in the warmer climes of southern Europe, we have a wide range of New Year breaks to suit, from low-key, but gastronomic, celebrations in country hotels, to lively affairs in the heart of some of Europe’s most iconic cities.
In Italy, you can take your pick from seven different towns and cities. Spend your days exploring, revelling in the relative quiet of December (arguably one of the best months to visit cities such as Florence and Verona), and celebrate the New Year with a delicious meal of regional specialities at a hand-picked restaurant.
In southern Spain, Tenerife and Madeira, we again have breaks to suit all tastes. Choose from intimate celebrations, hotels that offer dinner followed by dancing, or places where you can celebrate with locals in the streets.
