Indeed, it’s a mere 18 miles from Calais, making it perfect for quick weekend getaways across the Channel. Yet, even though you’re so close to the ports, you feel as though you’re in the heart of France. This northernmost corner is often overlooked in the rush to head further south, but Pas-de-Calais rewards the visitor with so much of interest.
