We offer a wide and varied range of independent cycling holidays suitable for anyone who enjoys longer rides in the hills, short cycles exploring local places of interest, or even just an occasional pedal to the nearest shops. Like all our holidays, our independent cycling holidays are for individuals, not groups, enabling you to explore entirely at your own pace. We use a numeric grading system to help you narrow down the holidays that are right for you. Grade 1 holidays explore the easiest of lanes and trails while, at the other end of the scale, grade 3 holidays promise plenty of ascents each day. The definitions of the different grades are as follows:

Grade 1 self-guided cycling holidays
Easy cycling for all mainly on the flat, but some gentle ascents.

Grade 1-2 self-guided cycling holidays
Fairly easy cycling with occasional uphill sections.

Grade 2 self-guided cycling holidays
Moderate cycling with some longer, steady climbs, and longer days.

Grade 2-3 self-guided cycling holidays
Fairly strenuous routes across hilly terrain, so frequent ascents/descents.

Grade 3 self-guided cycling holidays
Strenuous cycling with long, challenging days. (None in our programme, yet!)
