Your family's holiday price explained

Our prices are structured to allow family groups of varied age and size to be accommodated in the most suitable room configuration throughout the holiday. An unlimited number of adults and children can travel together and be accommodated in their choice of twin, double, family room (3, 4 or 5 sharing a room) or apartment as available on each holiday.

Child prices are designed specially for families and apply to children aged 15 or under (unless otherwise stated), and can vary according to the age of the child on the date of outward travel. Other rules relating to how the child price applies are laid out below:

Prices - The 'Child up to 15yrs' price applies when the child shares a room with one adult or one other child or has sole occupancy (single room supplement will apply). The '3rd, 4th and 5th bed' child price applies to up to 3 children sharing a room with the first 2 occupants. Maximum room occupancy is 3 if only a 3rd bed is offered on the panel etc.
Included room - The rooms in all hotels accommodate all adults and children up to the number of additional beds shown in the price panel.
Alternative options - Larger or smaller rooms are available as stated and priced in the price panel.
The prices are structured to allow full flexibility over the type of room booked, for example, a family of 4 can share a quadruple room or may choose to book 2 twin rooms.

Infant charges for babies aged up to 2 years old depend on the chosen holiday and method of travel, so please contact us for a quotation. Meals for your infant should be arranged locally. Some hoteliers also make a charge for supplying cots.

Child prices are given for those hotels particularly well suited for families (although we are happy to provide a quotation for other hotels) and apply to children sharing a room with two adults. Because the hotels offer several types of room, and the room you choose will depend largely on the age and number of children in your family, we base the prices on our normal included room type. It will often be necessary, however, to upgrade to a larger room and pay the stated supplement. Children occupying their own room pay the full adult price. Similarly, if there is only one adult in your party, the first child pays the adult price, as our prices are based on two adults in a room.

Infants under two years pay just £80 at these hotels, though no meals are included and they must share their parents’ seats on the plane or train.
