Collection and Storage of Information

For each visitor that signs up for Inntravel's email newsletter, we collect only the information that is requested on the subscription form, namely whether you have previously travelled with Inntravel, your name, country of residence and email address. We may in the future conduct small surveys via our email newsletters, in which case we will also store any information volunteered by you for the purpose of the survey.

Our web server collects the domain type of visitors to our web pages, and we may on some occasions collect clickstream information.

The information we collect will be used to provide you with the services you have requested and to create a profile of our user base. We strive to maintain appropriate security measures in our respective physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you being part of our email newsletter list. We do not pass information on to any third parties.

Unsubscribing

If you do not wish to receive future email newsletters, please follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each newsletter.
