A Taste of Spain

In an interview in the Independent on Saturday, top chef Rick Stein declared that his favourite meal abroad was a plate of Iberico ham and fino sherry at El Rinconcillo, the oldest tapas bar in Seville.

I couldn't agree more - but to find out if he’s right, board the train and follow A Trail of Three Cities on which you will have time to slowly immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and flavours of lively Seville, before moving on to discover stylish Cordoba and historic Granada.
